Condition of Use

We collect personal information when you join The House of Palinka or when you make a purchase from this website. The information is used to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to The House of Palinka maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data we collect about you. Information can also be collected to allow The House of Palinka to send you offers which we feel will be of particular interest to you.

Direct Palinkas will use information about you to make offers based on your wine preferences. This information may be shared with other companies within the Direct Palinka group. We occasionally make names and addresses (but not email addresses) available to companies whose products or services may interest you.

If you do not wish to receive such offers, please send me message with your request.
Age restriction

It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the EU. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the palinka.
Non Delivery and Cacellation

If you dont like any Palinka, for whatever reason, or any bottle is broken or spoilt upon delivery well replace it. Its as simple as that. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 3 working days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the full price within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Occasionally we do have to substitute palinka for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost.
